  I don't think it would be good to leave them in the truck.. Especially in a Texas truck . I'm sure there is a toll free number on the package. I do know that you can't leave them in your wallet too long. Be sure to change that one out often. HL

  i just got back today from a month in sri lanka and it was nearly my last trip!

  caught a viral fever while volunteering at a hospital for tsunami victims.

  long story but if it wasn't for a young english med student, i could be a statistic now.. this experience has taught me how precious and fragile life is and how easy it can disappear.

  I'm suprised that you didn't stay with a nice JW couple. I suspect that there were hundreds of JW's dispatched to the region to help the victims. HL

  i have been with him, searching for a certain size tampon.

  he will go to the store and buy napkins, after writing down what brand, size and absorbancy it is.

  I just asked my husband, "If I asked you to go to Walmart, and buy me a douche, a nice floral scent, would you?" He said, "Yes, would they be next to the tampons?" Gawd I love this man!!!!!!! HL

He will go to the store and buy napkins, after writing down what brand, size and absorbancy it is. I knew this before I married him. He did it for his oldest daughter. It is one of the reasons I fell in love with him, 25 years ago.

  Reading Tsunami's thread about condoms made me think. How many men feel comfortable with their MANHOOD, to do this for their women in their lives? HL

  I found several different brands on the mark-down rack at Walmart 2 weeks ago. Yes, they have expiration dates, they were all very much in date. I bought several boxes of 12, for $1.00 each. Didn't bother me at all. My teenage daughter was mortified though. HL

  Mental illness among JWs: cause or effect?

  there is compelling, published evidence (see link below) to suggest higher rates of mental illness among jws compared to other religious sects, and the general population.

  what is your opinion, is this because people with "susceptibility" to mental illness are more likely to be attracted to the lifestyle and psychology of the wts, or after joining and being an active member for years, the jw psychology and lifestyle are simply enough to push any psychologically healthy individual into psychopathology?

  i was reading some of danny haszards web site last night.

  i haven't been able to find out what happened to the parents of laree slack.

  her parents larry and constance slack, jw's, beat their 12 yr old daughter with a 5 foot 1 inch thick electric cable.

  I haven't been able to find out if these people did indeed get the death penalty. I have been to the Illinois DOC, but their computer, for inmate search, is always down. Maybe somebody from Illinois may remember if they did get death. I understand that they will have at least 10 years to appeal. Thats 10 more years than their daughter got. HL

  Their names aren't in the Illinois DOC under search for names. Where could they be? HL
